Services

Personalized Pediatrics provides the following VIP services to all of our patients:

• Sick and well visits delivered in the comfort of your home

• Ability to schedule same day appointments sick or well (according to availability) or be seen within 48 hours

• Direct contact with Dr. Tello and staff via cell phone or secure email

• Arrangement of special labs and referrals to specialists if medically necessary
  Easy access to your medical records.

• Ability to obtain all forms necessary for school, camp, sports participation, and other state programs

• The visits are scheduled Monday through Friday 9 am to 5pm

• Parent education via our specialized consultations (make hyperlink to consultations)

• Pediatric health seminars

• Obesity Prevention & Management

• Continuity of medical care

All of these services, excluding the health seminars, will be provided in the comfort of your own home! You and your children deserve this!
